I think you can only have a case about a goal being a fluke if there is clear doubt about the intention.

Each and every part in that move between Giroud and Wilshere was 100% intentional and therefore it's not a fluke.

Giroud flick was from a shit pass to him and it could've gone anywhere. Fortunately went to Wilshere. He had no intention of doing that. Knowing Giroud he was probably trying to control it.
