Christ knows. The licence granted by the govt only lasts until 31st May. All business must be concluded by then. They won't swallow him getting any money.

If Chelsea actually go to the wall because of these sanctions, I will have Bris Johnson's likeness tattooed on my chest with a butter knife and some cheap biro ink, and then join the conservative party

The PL effectively ‘constitute’ the 22/23 PL season on June 8th.
If Chelsea are not sorted by then they will not take part in next years PL.
Of course we may know before then because depending on what the Govt do in terms of extending things, they could be bankrupt June 1st.
I think Chelsea going out of existence would be great for football. A real shot in the arm for the game (and for sport in general).

So either way he doesn't get his money back now....

So does he throw 2 fingers up at the UK, football and Chelsea fans and say 'sod you', or,
Abide by his 'love for Chelsea' and sacrificae his £1.5bn?

As for Tuchel, once again showing he's a top coach by getting them to another final. Especially in the backdrop of everything happening over there plus he's going through a divorce right now so fair play.

Or

Can't stop losing cup finals even though the trophy has been pre paid by Roman with blood money, and even his wife thinks he's a c***

Lukaku loaned to Inter for a fee of 7m 1 year after signing for 97m.

Who negotiated that? Edu?

Chelsea make awful transfers all the time, but somehow get away with it. Lukaku, Werner, Ziyech all flops yet they manage to win CL.

Chelsea need a rebuild.

Some ageing players in that squad and a real lack of depth if outgoings are to be believed.

Mendy

James ---- Silva ---- Sarr ---- Chilwell

Jorginho ---- Mount ---- Kante

Havertz ---- Werner----Pulisic

Bench:
Kepa
Kovacic
Ziyech
Loftus-Cheek
Chalobah
Hudson-Odoi

They have just had a rebuild under Lampard for 2020/21 season.

They are simply running out of players to buy that guarantee trophies.

They're losing / have lost lots of first-team players:

Lukaku
Alonso
Christensen
Azpilecueta
Rudiger
Saul

Also reported to be sold are: Ziyech, Pulisic, Barkley, Kenedy, Bakayoko

Lastly they have a fair few players going into their final year:

Jorginho
Kante
Thiago Silva
Gilmour

They have lots of work to do this summer. Interesting Mariana is leaving now. That American bloke must be confident he can hit the ground running.
