1. Arsenal - someone has to believe in the team, might as well be me. Also, I think the easy ride in the EL when others are playing heavy hitters will leave us in better shape come the end of the season.

Star man - lacazette

2. City - peps signings will improve them and allow him to play how he envisages they should play. Their start will be ropey as players adjust to his madness. They'll drop points they can't recover

Star man - de bruyne

3. Man u - bus parking will get them back in top 4 after an early exit to the CL. Avoid any top six games unless you enjoy 7 man defense v attack sessions.

Pick a CB

4. Liverpool - will struggle with CL, injuries and defensive issues. Will look extremely good going forward.

Mane

5. Chelsea - morata will flop putting pressure on hazard to perform. He won't be able to hold it all together on his own.

Hazard

6. Everton - no one will expect how well they play together, will ultimately struggle playing first 11 in Europe and in PL.

Klaasen

7. Scum - I'm sure this is the season that constantly playing their first 11 will catch up with them. Expect key injuries to Eriksen, Kane and others to derail their dream. Curse of Wembley will kick in hard.

Alli

Relegated

20. Brighton
19. Burnley
18. Palace

Loose predictions for now. Will amend once the transfer window closes:

1. Liverpool*
2. Man City
3. Chelsea
4. Tottenham
5. Man United
6. Arsenal **

* Depends on the Coutinho/Keita situation.
** Under the assumption that Alexis leaves.

Relegation: Swansea, Burnley, Brighton

Chapman's ghost to save Huddersfield. :hiding:

City / Chelsea have the best two squads, and top managers
Utd decent squad, top manager
Arsenal decent squad, decent manager
Liverpool average squad, decent manager
Spuds average squad, decent manager
Everton average squad, decent manager

Reckon City/Chelsea/Utd will be 3 of the top 4 and then it's a fight between the next four for that last place ....

If Spuds/Liverpool/Arsenal can avoid major injuries they just might challenge, and of course we will need a fully functioning Alexis ....
