The spuds don't have the ability to move the ball quickly resulting in their unimaginative style.Dortmund played very much into their hands which is why they got the result. If a team sits deep against spurs the only way they ever score is from a set play..

They scored 3 goals and had at least 3 other good chances. Spurs were the better team

The majority of EPL teams sit deep against the top sides ... Spuds still ended up top scorers last season ... yet they only ranked 14th in set pieces .... are you sure you're correct?

Eriksen is a feckin' weapon .... we should buy him to replace Ozil ....

The spuds played the most long balls of any team in the top 6 last season and the least through balls as well, against a good not great footballing team like Dortmund they will always retreat into their favoured anti-footballing shell.

So anti-football yet they had a higher possession rating than us ... scored more goals than us ... gained more points than us ... hmmmmm

Most of Tottenham's possession was in their own half.Spurs had the least possession against the other top six sides, they only come out of their defensive shell against the smaller teams.

spuds were absolute pony today after their lucky victory over Dortmund in midweek. Mid-table at best for those long ball bores..

When are the spuds going to attempt to play proper football instead of just defending deep and lumping balls up to Kane expecting him to save their arses..
