2016/17 Fantasy Premier League

Postby Callum » Mon Jul 18, 2016 5:47 am

The site looks to have had a revamp (http://fantasy.premierleague.com/) and should launch this month.

Same as before, I'll create two private leagues (one standard and one H2H) and PM the code to anyone who wants to join. You'll need to provide me with your team name first though so we can keep track of who's who.

Mods, is there any chance that we could get some sort of prize for the winners? I'm thinking maybe a special colour or a message under their name? It'd make things a bit more exciting at least.

TEAMS:

Boom Xhakalaka (TOP)
Bug Eyes (Drewgun)
Crimson FC (CrimsonGunner11)
Diaby Does Gallas (Sims)
fc jackson (Swan)
FC Petr Gabriel (Callum)
gooners
Gooneys boys (gooney)
Iggy's Invincibles (Igmalian)
Nish's team (Massa)
LUL (isaisdso)
oldrgooner (Younggooner08)
Onwards 'n' Upwards (Gooner_LK6)
Ozil & Friends (Smitty_AFC)
Pique Blinders
SantiCazorlaClaus (StLGooner)
Tony Adams XI (Tony_Adams)
UntACHables (Cripps)

Another suggestion - would people be prepared to pay a small fee into a pot (£2 or so) and at the end half goes to the overall winner and the other as a donation to the site? Who'd be up for this?

Reckon it'd be a nice way to keep things competitive and would also be nice for Trina as I know she pays a lot for this site out of her own back pocket.

Vardy more expensive than Costa and Giroud

Wilshere valued at £6M, same price as a random Stoke City pubber.

Sometimes removal of Gooner Goggles can be painful.

Nearly finished my team

Accidentally pushed "back" and lost my progress

Sulking now.

Alright slags, the league is created.

If you want in let me know and I'll PM you the code. That way we don't get loads of random lurkers joining. Be sure to tell me your team name as well so I can add it to the first post.

I'm up for it.

If we can get 10 or so people willing to pay in then I'll find out a way of doing it.
