Pep Guardiola: Manchester City are a great club, they've played in Champions League for 5 straight years, they're the only EPL club to have done that. But it will take 10 years to reach the level of Barça, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Juventus. You need time, it's very complicated.

not cool by Pep yet again. Loving the man but he is acting like he managing a small club with financial issues. Cant help but feel like PL has ruining him.

im sure he can buy any player he want from those teams as long as they want to join.

What I've been saying all along.

I really, really liked Pep. However, since moving to City, he's started to irritate me. ALL he does is compare City to Bayern or Barca—just to proclaim that they're (City) a small club. As far as sheer finances go, Man United and Real Madrid are the only two clubs that could possibly compete (or outspend) City.

Jose and Pep are doing their finest in bringing comedy to the drabbiness of Manchester. One can't stop moaning, while the other has gone into existential crisis because he can't select Messi anymore.

Manager Antonio Conte's future at Chelsea is in doubt because the Italian is furious at the club's summer transfer failings. (Daily Mirror)
