Fantastic achievement and congratulations to Leicester. They have been consistently excellent all season and I am really pleased for them.

I still think they are a long way off achieving what Forest did in the late 1970s; promotion, division one winners, then back-to-back European Cups as well as 42 games unbeaten. But I am sure they are happy with one title !

Well deserved and for them to pip Spurs to it, made it a little better to swallow for our poor showing this season.

Now let the squad transfer raping begin :).

Could they do it again? Probably not of course. But from their point of view, if they manage to lose no more than three of the squad, if they buy well and if Ranieri gets the psychology right, ie "nothing has changed, its still exactly the same as last year", then they could still have another big season.

Couldn't see them doing it again.

Too many teams underperformed this year not to come back strongly and by that I mean get points off Leicester and on top of that they where blessed with injuries and no distraction in Europe or even the domestic cups for that matter as they went out early so their squad was not challenged on any fronts other than the league.

A fantastic achievement. Good to see Ranieri, a nice guy finishing first. I can see them keeping most of the squad, with the exceptions of Mahrez and Kante.
There's David O'Leary and big Willie Young, sending Rixy and Stapleton off on a run

There is imo no way that they will fight for the title ones again next season.
They have to play CL midweek and will struggle to adapt if they reach a EL spot that would be another success.

- Their goalkeerper had the game of his life
- We should have had 10+ penalties .. shit ref
- If long term injured player xyz would have been available we would have won easily

Think a top-8 finish would be a success for them.

Yeah CL games will be their biggest challenge. If they manage to challenge for top 4 while still playing CL and the cups then Ranieri will be verified GOAT

Which banter jersey idea sounds better: #4 DRINKANYTHING or #4 DRINKEVERYTHING?

I can get a knock off but damn good quality Leicester jersey off one of those Chinese sites for under $20 shipped so am thinking about ordering one just for shits and giggles. Already saw photos of people with DRINKBEER and DRINKVODKA but I don't want to copy them lol

Less than two and a half years ago Leicester became champions elect against odds of 5000/1. Now the man who made it all possible is dead.

So sad.

I will always remember that fantastic and unique season.

38 games across the course of 9 months against all the odds.

The most improbable achievement in sporting history.

Nothing comes close.
