Joke club, Hope they start a chain reaction of sacking managers every year now like Chavski. Money clubs have no class.

FA Cup and Premier League title in 2 seasons. 10 years ago Man City and their fans would have bit your arm off for that. Hell 6 years ago they would have.

He was atrocious in the CL, Granted....

He missed his opportunity to improve the squad once he won the League. Been a dead man walking since then.

We sacked managers more often when we wasn't a 'money club'. Your post makes no sense.

The season they won the league wasnt down to mancini, it was down to the f***ing amazing players they had.

I didn't want him gone but can see the frustration from the owners as we were nowhere near as good as we know we could be. Wouldn't surprise me if it was due to losing the changing room.

It doesn't help when you have a r***rd like Balotelli letting him down all the time and twatface Tevez f***ing off to Argentina for 6 months. I think it was a good achievement winning the title with 2 strikers.

why?

Because he made City an average team with such a talented squad. ;)

Mancini will always be remembered as a manager who played with the tail between his legs despite have a squad full of flair and quality.

I personally think it's hilarious and outrageous he's been sacked. Do the owners think Pellegrini will give them a better chance of regaining the title next season?
This excuse that he's lost the dressing room: wasn't the same players who lauded him exactly a year ago today?
You can't tell me he's as poor a manager as Sparky Hughes. He won the club 3 trophies in three years. Citeh haven't tasted success like that for ions.

I hope and pray we don't ever encounter owners of the likes of Mansour or Abramovich. I can see Usmanov coming in and giving it the knee-jerk treatment one manager after the next.
