Surely at some point they would have been advised about such situations.

The fraud signs a 2 year deal.

Probably realised no other club is throwing money at problems so he'll stay

Manchester City have been accused of creating a “fake” role at the club for the father of former academy prospect Gabriel Fernando Almeida as a way to circumvent Premier League rules and funnel thousands of pounds to the player's family.

Similar offences involving illegal approaches for young players have in the past resulted in fines and transfer bans.

Lol

Disgusting club

They don't get banned from European competitions though. Uefa is a joke

I've always maintained no city player should ever get in to best prem 11s and this guy is the biggest reason for it.

Scores 20 in 10. Disappears for the rest of the season.

And now gone for good. Go see out your days and rot elsewhere

He'll do a good job at Barca. Maybe even go back to Atletico for a year before retiring.

Rumors that City are planning in installing statues for Aguero, Kompany, and Silva.

Deserved tbh. Just feel the whole revisionist writing of Yaya's legacy and impact at City is sad to see. He was City's most influential player in both title-winning seasons before Pep. Was their talisman until 2015. And, he's one of Prem's best midfielders ever. If the media could ever get their heads out of Lampard and Gerrard's colon, they'd see it.

Yaya was quality. Should get a statue as well. Politics.

First thing I thought of when I saw the news was "I can't believe they did this to Yaya"

His 2013/14 season was *actually* world class, and not in the generous way we describe Ramsey's performance that year. 20 league goals and 9 assists in a year where Aguero's form dropped heavily.

I have to wonder if Pep somehow nixed the suggestion of including Yaya. There's been bad blood between them since they were at Barca.
