Had only one good season at Madrid and failed in the other two seasons and has once again just had the one good season at Chelsea second time round, only this time now his flaws are now consuming him!

Klopp is a manager who has proven he can build and galvanize a club from a bad state which is why people rate him more and fear him more than moaning maureen,

If spending millions and parking the bus is a philosophy, sure. Chelsea's successes are down to Abramovich - more than Mou. The spine - Cech, Lampard, Terry, and Drogba - were bought/came to Chelsea before Mourinho. Drogba signed the same summer as Mourinho came to Chelsea. And, Cech to Chelsea was already finalized when Ranieri was there. So, you could suppose, that Chelsea's spine that culminated in the CL win was already there before Mou took over.

Drogba came after Mourinho took over. Let's not pretend he was bought before. Terry and Lampard were hardly world beaters either before that. Jose might not have bought them, but made all of them the players they are.

As for Cech, who was the one who gave him the confidence and trust from day one and played him instead of the more proven and experienced Cudicini? Mourinho was a huge reason for Cech to become the best goalkeeper at the time. I don't think every manager would've done that.

Or to use another example: The core of Xavi, Iniesta and Messi were already at the club when Pep took over. Still, he was the one who made the GOAT trio happen. Not Rijkaard, van Gaal or any other manager.

I addressed that about Drogs. Cech was already on his way to becoming a top GK when he joined Chelsea. Arsenal were interested in him during the same period.

Lampard and Terry were, as Elka stated, on their way to becoming England's best players alongside Gerrard and the likes. Mou hardly unearthed gems there when they were already part of the setup.

Let's not be biased. Mou had the tools and you're only as good as the tools you have.

Your last analogy is again futile. Hardly anybody credits Pep for their individual brilliance. He gave them a platform, many would argue, but he had the best trio in the game at his disposal.

Mou has accomplished a lot as a manager, but instilling his vision into the game and revolutionizing it are two things he hasn't done.
