Good luck to him. Sad he never lived up to his 07-09 potential.

Best of luck to him and no hard feelings. He was a great servant to the club and always tried his best.

Such a shame, he could have been so much more here. And we didn't even get Evans in a swap deal.

Damn. Gone with barely even a word from our Dear Leader. Hopefully he gets more playing time at West Brom. Thanks for the decade of service and good luck.

Sad to see him go loyal servant and quality when called upon, will never forget his last ditch tackle vs WBA and the goal line clearance over 200+ appearance for arsenal and 3 FA cups, Arsenal legend KG3.

Kieran Gibbs - played 50 games in the last two years, he's 27 has 10 years experience in the EPL, and still has a full contract in him .... sold for just 7m

Kevin Wimmer - played 31 games in the last two years, he's 24 with just two seasons in the EPL ... sold for 18m

are we some sort of charity give away? ..... no wonder Spuds make a transfer profit and we don't .....

Wimmer was probably on 10k pw. Gibbs is probably 70k odd.

Lower the asking price allows the buying club to use more of their total budget on paying Gibbs what he wants.

It's the cost of having big wages and it doesn't really matter as we have loads to cover it. Better he goes and lives his life than doesn't kick a ball again for ages.

Wimmer was at around 35k IIRC (was sold by GOAT club to Spurs)

No
A respectful clap
That used to be reserved for all ex players
Doesn't seem rum for a player that was involved in 3 fa cup wins

Played his part in the 2014 cup win. Headed clearance off the line kept us in it.

Was a fan. Wish him the best. Hope he becomes England number 1 left back especially as we don't have any decent ones

Goal line clearance at 2-0

Might have lost that game otherwise. Was the turning point from where we started taking control.

Respect to the man.

Shock he was here 13 years, we should have bought better, but he helped give us all a great moment of joy after what looked like another final humiliation, and a longer drought.

Best of luck to him
