Watford pulled out of deal due to Gibbs wage demands. Isn't willing to take a pay cut.

Obviously happy to sit on the bench. Need parasites like this out of our club asap.

I always liked Gibbs, thought he was better than most gave him credit for.

#GoonersWorldExcuses
- Their goalkeerper had the game of his life
- We should have had 10+ penalties .. shit ref
- If long term injured player xyz would have been available we would have won easily

Gibbs could do a job as a sub. Aside from that, he's poor in the air, not physical, don't dribble or pass that well either, can't put a good cross in, got a weak shot, is rather injury prone, so why would anyone "like him"?

Same goes for Welbeck. Next to "careful what you wish for", the thing I just can't hear anymore, referring to Welbeck is: "Sure, his finishing is poor but he brings soooo much to the team". NO, he does not. And it's about time we let go of sub par quality players like Gibbs and Welbeck. Ox is on his way out and next should be Ramsey. Time to rebuild this squad. But we need a new project lead though.

Weeeeell, sure, like...ok, hooray for you being at Arsenal for so long and contributing so very little. You're definitely Arsenal through and through. CLAP! CLAP! CLAP! CLAP! Now, let's all get together to sing the official Arsenal song, a privilege reserved to other longstanding legends of the club such as Theo Walcott:

"For he's a jolly good fellow.
For he's a jolly good fellow.
For he's a jolly good fellow!
Which nobody can deny.
Which nobody can deny.
Which nobody can deny.
For he's a jolly good fellow.
Which nobody can deny.
For he's a jolly good fellooooowwwwww, he's Arsenal through and throuuuuuugh!"

Thanks for your loyalty Kieran!

Another transfer where you have to question WTF is going on -

Kieran Gibbs - played 50 games in the last two years, he's 27 has 10 years experience in the EPL, and still has a full contract in him .... sold for just 7m

Kevin Wimmer - played 31 games in the last two years, he's 24 with just two seasons in the EPL ... sold for 18m

are we some sort of charity give away? ..... no wonder Spuds make a transfer profit and we don't .....
