Mourinho’s dream XI:

Cech
Zanetti - Terry - Carvalho - Gallas
Makelele - Lampard
Hazard - Ozil - Ronaldo
Drogba

Personally, I'd have Marcelo over Gallas and Xabi Alonso over Lampard. But I can see why he'd have left Marcelo out since Marcelo was in a battle with Coentrao for who was better back in those days. CB is tricky with Ramos, but there was bad blood between him and Mourinho, so I understand :rofll:

He's a shell of his former self.

In most professions and walks of lives, you become outdated, younger people beat you to it, you lose your sharpness, etc. With Jose, it's as if he doesn't even want to be there anymore.

Since that 15/16 season, all I see is a grumpy man on the touchline. He's not like this when he's doing his gig as a pundit. As a manager, all he has done is bicker, look sullen, and criticized his own players in the past 5 years.

Weird.

He's a busted flush.

Spuds is easy money for him. Semi retirement.

It's because his ego was always too big and he was always too self-obsessed. When that self becomes nothing worth being obsessed with then what drive and interest do you have? Nothing.

Should learn to be less of a c*** and learn to adapt, he should be fighting to keep up with modern managers rather than still living off his treble at Inter 10 years ago. Starting to turn into Wenger.

It was all over for him the second he joined Spurs. They weren't going to bankroll him like other clubs have.

That said, he can finally try to prove that he's not a checkbook manager like Carlo or Pep. Won't happen of course, so I look forward to the meltdown next season when he brings in 34yo Mandzukic and Ryan Fraser on frees.

Hey... Wenger was never a self-obsessed prick, nor was he an egotistical t**t.

Wenger was class through and through. He never blamed his players publicly, or hung them out to dry. In an interview a few months ago, Pat Rice blamed Eboue, without naming him, for the Lehmann red card. Wenger didn't say a word. He's never blamed anyone but himself. And unlike Jose, Wenger loved the club more than he loved his reputation or his desire to win trophies.

Even during the final years at Arsenal, Wenger was a top-class manager. Past it, but still one of the best around.

The bold bit is poetic.

Decorum, civility, dignity, politeness, tact, decency, good grace and class.

All things you can apply to Wenger, but not that slimy c*** Mourinho.

Wenger was in it for the money, he should have retired years before he was basically sacked
