West Ham is a private business. Its competitors had to spend large sums to get what they are getting, paid for by tax pounds, £40M of which came from LB Newham. A lot of those kids you want to inspire are living in cockroach infested temporary accommodation in Newham, and would be better inspired by having that £40M spent on better homes for them and their families.

Problem you just pick out of a hat who deserves houses and who dosent. What about people that worked hard to buy a house will they not be annoyed. They will also have to fund the houseing development. Stadium is history to dont think it should just be demolished.
Understand what you are saying but it is just luck for them really. Ideally what should happen is revenue percentage from tickets should go to the state.
