There are some more teams in your list which got a player for free ?!

Liverpool have to pay Burnley. They want 10m while Liverpool want to pay no more than 6m. The matter is referred to the tribunal.

A tribunal is only needed when a player under 24 years of age moves clubs having reached the end of his contract. Whatever valuation the tribunal comes up with is non-negotiable. The player has already changed clubs and there is no right of appeal on either side once a figure has been reached

Thanks didn't know the transfer isn't 100% done :)

Navas'

Their bench will be a £28m Bony, £32m Otamendi, £15m Navas and a £25m Nasri + others.

Our bench - £16m Chambers, £16m Welbeck, £10m Gabriel, £16m Oxlade, £140,000 a week Walcott

not exactly skint ourselves.

You wish Welbeck was on our bench.

Also the city bench I suggested(only four players) cost £90m, your suggestion is £58m add a fifth player in Walcott and it goes to £73m.

Saw a post on a Chelsea fan forum re: KDB:

Was there not such a thing as Financial fair play at one point in the last few years, or was just a joke? I know we've spent money in our time but I just don't think it's right that in one window you can buy two players for £58 and £49 million respectively.

Hilarious. KDB was theirs for 7 million. It was genius Jose's call to sell him.

I remember some of their fans started moaning about "P$G" last season.

Their cabinet may also include a 3rd Prem title in 5 seasons. Life - I guess.

Wish people would get over transfer prices, when you're in a league and Watford (just promoted) can spend 30m on new players then you'd expect the top teams to have multi-million pound benches. Either catch up or lose out.

Our bench (assuming ramsey at rw zzzz):

Ospina 3m
Chambers 16m
Debuchy 12m
Arteta 10m
Oxlade Chamberlain 15m
Walcott 12m
Welbeck 16m
=84m on the bench

I don't see Swansea/Southampton moaning about it? The teams who spend the most will 95% of the time win the most. We just don't have the same ambition as City.

definetly agree with mesut on this and what he said about the martial deal, in a nutshell with the current climate you need to adapt and its better to try than not try. Get used to this happening, all of the big clubs were after Sterling so he went for 60 million, the same thing just happened with Martial if you dont have a clear run at a player in this day and age you will pay through the nose for them.
