how could you bet against(even suggest) someone doing something they have done consistently for 20 odd years.
As it stands right now Arsenal have a chance next season with Wenger in charge to win the league.

I think this is going to be a record transfer window in England though, so the landscape will probably change drastically in the next few months.

Agreed, this summer spending is going to be ridiculous.

What I mean is if the current squads as they stand right now started a league season tomorrow Arsenal would be my choice to be honest.
I think it would be Arsenal or City pretty close on 1st, Then Spurs and United behind them.

True. I still think luck momentum and possibly PED's played a massive part in that too.
Funnily enough after I voiced my concerns about Leicester being on PEDs a couple of weeks later a doctor in the press is being linked to Leicester players.

Who knows how they won it, could be wrong but I do not see it happening again, anyway it looks like all of their players are already leaving.

It's much more doubtful now. If Fergie was running Utd in 13/14, and Suarez and Sturridge had the seasons they had at Liverpool that year, we might not have managed 4th.

Which is why we'll spend this summer. No way is Wenger dropping out of top 4 without a fight

As for that assumption, if Fergie had been at Utd, other teams around us would have had less points too, iirc, the rest got 4+ points out of 6 against them, we got 1
