Heard any rumours? This is the place to discuss potential transfer targets.

Arsenal~Fanatic wrote:Wenger will not buy a winger plus a Striker this summer. It will be a Central defender and a Striker. I am trying to see from his point of view. Walcott/AOC/Campbell are the options he has on the right hand side. He also loves to play Central midfielders as interiors on the right. There is no way Wenger is going to buy a winger this summer imho.

That's the problem with Wenger he never seems to address all the positions we need within a transfer window, by the time he buys a new winger, we'll probably need a new LB and GK etc.

Fabregas will benefit from Kante's work rate next to him. Will be a good combo.

Don't understand why anyone would want us to spend 30M on Kante when he's basically Coquelin 2.0, all I see from certain posters is how Coquelin held us back going forward last season, Kante is hardly better going forward and not as good in possession, overall Kante is the better DM but this would have been a waste of money for a slight upgrade defensively.

Of course he will boss it for Chelsea. Does not mean he'd be ideal for us

Someone who is much inferior to him, and probably won't even be starting for us.
You can bet your ass if Wenger bought Kante he would start for us.

Kante is not just a mopper. He is an intelligent passer and has a bullet proof engine. I rated him before he moved to Chelsea and that doesn't change with his move.

He's a c***.

No one had heard of him before he joined Leicester. They make him and he leaves him in the lurch.

Nevertheless hope he has a great season alongside Cesc.

as I have said before, last season's kante was the best defensive midfielder I have ever seen.
This signing+ Conte + Hazard back in form puts arguably puts Chelsea as favourites for the title i reckon.

Probably a repost but eh this deserves a repost:

Coqs stats where about the same if not better in 14/15 IIRC correctly, last season Coquelin played half the amount of games Kante did otherwise they'd be closer in stats, not saying Coquelin is better or anything just an observation.

Also excuse me for my incompetence buy what is a recovery?
