Cant knock them for that.

Wish we could say the same

Don't you mean a top four finish since thats all they are fighting for?

Martial wont lose his spot anyway, its prob going to be Griezmann/Martial on Wings, Mkhi on n10, Pogba and Herrera or Carrick in midfield.

Pogba needs to be in a midfield three

Gotta hand it to Mourinho he knows how to sell players with minimal loss or profit, if Wenger took charge of United Schneiderlin and Depay would have been sold for about 10M each.

Nah, it's the United factor. Has nothing to do with Mou. Arsenal, conversely, have a history of selling players below the market value.

Chelsea do the same too. In fact, more so than United.

Martial is the one whose losing a spot and we should do anything we can to get him

No way we are signing Martial considering what united paid and how much Mourinho hates Wenger, we'd probably have to break the BPL transfer fee alone just to temp mou.

We've a bigger chance of signing Costa, or Aguero, than Martial.

Watching Martial's debut goal for United again, and it's remarkable how similar the finish was to TH14's...inside the box, poked finish into the bottom corner away from the GK. He would have done very well here, but no way in hell is Jose going to sell him to us.

So?

Walcott has done that many of times and look how his career has turned out.

Didn't go for him cos Wenger thought he wasn't available. The stupidest reason given ever.

I would rather we signed Payet and I made my feelings clear on that in his thread.

Martial has not developed well early on and he has had a very good amount of playing time. All that comparable to Henry at 19 stuff has well and truly gone.He may well end up a stand out player but right now he is not what he was made out to be.

A perfect response...

Surely Everton or someone else would have been keen?
