Whats a mini shame is i thought that goal vs Chelsea would have been the turning point for him, not the peak of his mini comeback then it was all downhill from there again.

Yeah but that's been the problem with Jack for years ............. its always an uphill battle with him.

Whether its form, injuries a consistent run of top play, its always a struggle, he's always on the fringe of the 1st team.

I've had enough of it now to be fair, he obviously wants more (money / starting) I'd rather we give it to someone better and more reliable.

Jack's still top quality and imho the best England midfielder there is.Would be silly to let him go on a free, sign him for three years and see how it goes next season..

For the sixth richest club in the world what's affordable? 200m, 300m .... or just 5m ?????

How about - Dele - Sterling - Lallana - Maddison - Lingard - Henderson - Powell - Ox ... there's a few .... or even Dack from Blackburn

If Wilshere is part of this clubs soul, the club is f***ked.

Pathetic and scared of change, I feel sorry for you.

Look at all the stars and legends who have had to leave us due to age or the next big career move etc Henry, Vieira, Bergkamp, Rosicky, RVP, Wright, Seaman, Adams the list goes on ..............

You think Jack belongs in that list? all this clinging on to deadwood because of fans like you endorsing it is why we've had to have a hard purge to rid us of this cancerous settling for crap.

We won't miss jack.

Good.

The club needs to be reborn, like a phoenix rising from the ashes.

Yup, I would swap 2 half players for one full player any day of the week!!

But he is not top quality, thats why he is in the situation he is in. The moon and stars have to align for him to put in a top quality performance - let alone putting them in consistently. Up until this point in his career he has not done it yet.

So it will be no great loss if he goes, can't miss what you didn't have. At some point "potential" needs to become "actual". He has had long enough to get there.

Depends on what he's asking for in wages. He's probably the highest payed homegrown CM in the league

Imagine lamenting losing Wilshere.

Wilshere a part of the club's soul, lol, he barely contributed anything.
