Good.

The club needs to be reborn, like a phoenix rising from the ashes.

Amen to that!!

Really looking forward to this season under Emery, it'll be nice to see a manager take on this job knowing he actually has to get results.

That's the same at any club, the difference is unlike Wenger if he doesn't do his job then he'll get removed.

At least Emery know's this and what his task is and wouldn't of taken the job if he wasn't prepared to do it, Wenger's job was his whether he did it successfully or not, that is not how it should work in any job let alone a manager of a top club.

Wenger's potentially offered the Real Madrid job and his reaction ................ "Hmmm not decided yet, it could be challenging" what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is who we had running our fking club, a man completely uninterested in competing and to think some douches wanted to give "that" another year.

He is a free agent and no big club is even willing to take a chance on him. He is linked with wolves. Talk about being overrated

Where's Superjacky? I'm sure he could explain to us why it would be a tragic mistake to let the best English midfielder, or should I say, the best midfielder ever go.

Huge mistake by the establishment. Just sign him and play him when needed. Why would you let him leave on a free? He’s a fan favorite. If he goes on to do well at another club there’ll be a lot of egg on Emery’s face.

Because he's been here for years and it's always "he'll come good next season".

Give a fvck if he's a fan favourite.

Players should be here on merit, not popularity.

Don’t even think he is a fan favorite anymore.

Wilshere is exactly the mediocrity that has defined Arsenal this decade. Not his fault but he's a symbol of that.

Wilshere leaving isn't a blow and most fans don't care.

Why are you so against change?

Emery needs to understand the DNA of Arsenal. We have always had a strong willed home grown player at the core of the club. He should not try and change that. But to be fair to him, I doubt he’s the one calling the shots.

Had he had any other passport, we would have tossed him aside years ago. He is OK as backup for now but giving him another 3 yr contract would be insane.

If he so much as sprains his ankle he will be out for yet another season. Why should he have a 100k+ contract for that??
