Super Jacky Wilshere

Quite a few rumours today that he is City's main transfer target for the summer. So first Kolo, Adebayor and Clichy, and now they want Walcott and Wilshere as well. I would be sickened if these deals actually went through.

Sunday Times and Metro reporting.

You'll be one of a few that won't be baffled when he gets an injury free run and starts looking like the real deal again.

Prepare yourself for a wave of outrage from the people that wanted rid when that does happen.

^ No Arsenal to City Transfer has worked out so I am not to worried about this. Wilshere is good to could be great but I wouldnt lose any sleep over him leaving the club.

Even if he does well there and stays fit, it's win-win for all concerned.

Good for City as they get value for money
Good for Arsenal as he'd be off the wage bill and treatment table, allowing the position to be upgraded
Finally, good for Wilshere as he gets a long injury-free run, something he could never manage at Arsenal.

We need to add not sell.

Flamini, arteta, Campbell, poldi, sanago can go, but everyone can be kept.

None of those except for maybe young Arteta are CM's. You should be always looking to upgrade and he has cleary stagnated at his current level which is not quite good enough for what we need. I'm not a Wilshere hater but I dont as a non english man see the hype either.

Only way this happens is if his Vermaelened, can't see where he fits into their team anyway. Thought City usually went for big guys in the middle.

They won't have enough homegrown players in their squad with Milner, Lampard, Sinclair and Richards gone, and their plans to upgrade Clichy with either Kurzawa or Digne. I reckon they'll be looking to buy at least 3 homegrown squad players this summer.

He is a useful part of the squad and there is no point in selling him.

Too early to shape his career, he is a very good squad player, if we sell him we'd have to buy and he has the potential to be top class, no brainer for me. Walcott even more.
