Hleb, Song...Ox. What do they have in common?

They're all shit, and should never have been signed for millions of pounds by this club.

Hleb was more than decent. One of my favourite players.

Same here, Hleb was good. Only real knock people had on him was that he didn't shoot enough.

Hleb is the most shot-shy player I've ever seen.

Hleb was an absolute baller

Probs the best natural dribbler of the ball ive seen at the club, just didn't like a shot. Weird cause he was a decent finisher

Wengerball extraordinaire tho. Him with Cesc, Flamini & Rosicky were beautiful to watch

If only Rosicky didnt get injured in 2008. They would of been something special.

I have a feeling Wenger would accept a swap of Alexis and Ox in January - if it comes down to it. :hiding:

I don't get how it took Liverpool fans like 3 games to suss him out and he's managed to fool half our fanbase for over half a decade

I'm almost feeling sorry for the lad, he's not that bad of a player yet his career is in tatters.

Already demoted to WB at Arsenal, didn't like it and wanted to get back to midfield so moved to Liverpool now can't even start a game.

This is what happens when you don't just get your head down and accept playing in a position and just stick to it.

Ox has been playing wide almost his entire Arsenal career, but he's spent half his time trying to sneak into midfield, if he can't make midfield in Arsenals cosy little bubble then he should of just accepted his role as a wide player.

As with other wide players who are not great goal threats like a Walcott or a Sanchez, a lot of RM or LM are getting moved to the WB position, see Moses as an e.g.
