Everton & Southampton have held high-level talks with Arsenal to sign Theo Walcott permanently. More loan options but #AFC will only sell/keep. TW not agitating & club not rushing but if Giroud+Welbeck prove fitness should happen. #EFC more likely than #SaintsFC to fund fee/wages
