Fair play, i got it completely wrong on Oliver today. After the Welbs pen incident and that Young was getting decisions, i thought we were going to be screwed, but it was Man U that actually got decisions (correct) called against them.

The Di Maria dive was a blatant dive, theres no arguing about pulling the refs shirt and calling him a 'puta' like we all dont know what he was saying. On top of that, the desperate, yet inexplicable diving from Januzaj was just typical.

The guy has had 8 bookings in England, 4 for diving. He was clean through behind us and chose to beg for the pen the little c***.

Just glad someone finally had the minerals to call a game mostly correctly at OT for a change.

When Janu went down I really thought, oh here we go but MO had a great game and stood tall, Rooney and Young were constantly in his face all game.

Man Utd were pathetic at times with the diving and tackles. They are very lucky to have DDG.

Oh. Hmm, does the dive not even up what happened the season before?

Watched it again. Ref got all the big calls right. Not a fan of Oliver but probably the best ref performance this season.

When Vieira was harshly sent off?

I don't get it

I don't think i've ever praised a ref before, they constantly frustrate and anger me on a weekly basis but i've got to admit tonight was one of the best refereeing performances i've seen. Usually the decisions he gave in our favour go against us and we're left complaining and talking about a game of what ifs having lost due to the refs decisions but tonight we're finally applauding them.

You mean when Forlan dived at OT and won a penalty which Van Nistelrooy cocked up?

Not just the dive either. Neville scything Reyes down from behind and not getting a yellow, Van Nistelrooy raking Cole's shin and not getting a red.

Rio taking Freddie out when clean through and no red or even a free kick given.

The diving and cheating from manure was an absolute disgrace, credit to the referee who didn't buy none of it top performance. Fergie era well and truly over, in the past the reff would have just let them cheat their way to victory

Ashley Cole getting a yellow for his first minor infringement. Mike Riley is Fergie's gimp.

Was that the same game where van nistelrooy stood on Keowns foot, lifted his other foot to transfer all his weight in to that foot, then rolled on the floor clutching his face after Keown naturally pushed him off?

Tbf all the above is probably pretty normal to a stoke fan so don't judge too harshly lads.

And now he's in charge of the referees lol

Pretty sure Michael Oliver has been sacked and his family have been killed by now by Riley under orders from Lord a Fergie.
