I don't mind Welbz getting another contract, doubt he will be on big bucks and asa plan B or if you want to keep the game tight he is a good option. Doubt he will be demanding starts either, good for the squad.

Yup. Greatest defensive attacker of all time.

Winning trophies with both clubs, whilst scoring some crucial goals too.

What an inspiration for youngsters.

Will genuinely miss this guy, shame about his injury as he was doing well for us and fits this system.

Good luck Danny

Actually not happy about that.

For all his faults he still scores goals and tracks back, we could of used a good back up striker unless Nketiah's progress is sped up.

Another Arsenal player ruined by injuries. He actually looked like a better fit for Emery's system than Iwobi, but them's the breaks.

Thanks for your service Danny. Mangnificent hattrick v Galatasaray in the CL in his first season.

Sad situation to be honest. Never lived up to his promise at United or Arsenal. Had everything going for him. Amazing training, athletes body, support of managers but a combination of limited talent and injuries held him back. Think he’d do well at an Everton or some other mid table club. Good luck to him.

Don't put this on us, he was ruined when he joined us.

I think probably top 6 is a step too far for him.I think he do a job for a mid table club where scoring 12 or 13 goals a season gives you legend status. He had everything to be a top player, the speed and strength but his finishing let him down from Utd to Arsenal. He only started picking up injuries once he joined us. He's not had a bad career, A PL title, two league cups, one FA Cup, three charity Shields, Club World Cup. Got to two Champion League finals. 42 caps for England and 16 goals. Although 304 appearances and 69 goals isn't exactly great. Good luck to him at 28, he should have a few more seasons left in him.

Provided great energy and work rate that unfortunately wasn't complemented by any goalscoring form. A real shame indeed. An absolute beast of an athlete.

Having the choice to put him on in place of Auba or Laca on or after the 70th min when for example we may be holding on against Valencia next Thursday is the perfect example of his use as a rotational player or even in the starting 11 providing he found form.

Injuries killed him. :crybaby:

Injured all the time so useless

If we let Cazorla go because of injuries then Danny should have been kicked out months ago.

Bye
