I cant stand Mourinho but he is a great manager no question about it. His tactics at Inter when they won the CL was a masterclass in management. What you have with Fergie, Wenger, Mourinho, Pep etc. is big personalities that shape their clubs. They have different strengths and bring different things to the table but ultimately it comes down to what attracts you in a manager.
