Mourinho has to deal with the fact his career is over all the while Pep is carrying out arguably his greatest achievement.

That has to burn his soul.

1-1 I reckon. Jose ran pep off to USA during time in Spain. Pep equalises during time in England.

Jose in Italy>pep in Germany

Jose takes it 2-1

And didn't even have to mention Jose best achievement

Pep is arguably in his managerial prime, Jose's career is over.

The gap is only going to widen from here on out, imagine the honours he is going to rack up over the next 5 years compared to Mourinho.

His resume will be a joke in comparison by the time they're both retired.

In defense of the devil, Jose won the Treble with Porto. Jose won the Treble with Inter.

Pep has spent nearly a billion in his career and still hasn't won a UCL without Messi.

Fallen from grace.

He had his perfect team with Inter Milan, this is what happens when you roll the dice too many times, tbh though I'm not seeing the passion anymore, when your too rich to be scared to be sacked then that can be an issue.

£22m to be sacked, fk me I'm in the wrong job.

He is chilling in Chile. The club let him recover at home. Can't imagine the new DoF will be keen on keeping him around when he returns.

Pogba wasn't a Jose pick, the deal was in place before he arrived. Jose likes workhorse players like Matic and Fellaini. Pogba is the opposite of that, which explains why he's flopped hard.

Peps never took a club to the brink of bankruptcy (inter)

Pep never took a past champions league winner to the brink of relegation

Pep never took a billion pound team, spent £500m on new players including 2 £100m players and turned them into mid table contenders

Lol at the idea of mou leading pep.

Bring him back for a lower wage, imagine our attack if he played again like he did in his prime, we'd be unstoppable

Pep hasn't had every team he's managed mutiny against him.

People debating Pep/Mou like it was Messi/Ronaldo.

Both Messi and Ronaldo are consummate professionals. Ronaldo might be selfish on the pitch (still bags tons of assists), but he doesn't try to throw fellow players under the bus when he has a bad game.

Compare that to Mourinho, who's career has crashed twice in 3 years and both times it's been an embarrassment for the club and an every-bridge-burned spectacle for Mou.

And this is after he's gotten untold hundreds of millions to spend, every single summer.
