Didn't make sense then and certainly doesn't now.

Needs to part ways with Arsenal and focus on his development. Good luck to the guy.

Both nowhere near the level required to even have an average Arsenal career. It happens, lets hope Mavididi is a level above.

At least Afobe was doing well on his loans and proving himself as a finisher though - out of the two it was certainly a baffling choice.

Also agree neither good enough but there are certainly times I wouldn't have minded Afobe's finishing skills up front..particularly when we watched Sanogo start games :doh:

We should sell him, At 22 he isn't that young anymore to keep him for his potential.

Not saying we should keep him but some of the best centre forwards made it in their late 20s like Falcao, Milito, Costa etc

Showed some good footwork against Gent the other day and was unlucky not to score/assist as the ball hit the framework 3 times in about as many seconds;

He'll end up like Afobe as a good championship CF but average BPL one

Looks like he was going for it but then pulled back thinking it was going wide.

Was definitely savable.

It's savable but not from the position the keeper found himself in the moment Chuba took the shot on.

Needed to come further off his line in order to narrow the angle and a yard further to his right. He didn't and realised he wasn't getting anywhere near the ball so figured he might as well pull back.

Sels hasn't been the same since his move to Newcastle.
