Derby sack Philip Cocu and several of his backroom staff.

Interim coaching set up put in place including Liam Rosenior and Wayne Rooney.

I fully support them for doing that and I'll tell you why.

They aren't booing it because they're all racists (despite what the media will have you believe), they're booing it because they are fed up of pointless gesture politics creeping into football. Also, yes it was fine the first time in response to an appalling incident overseas but to keep doing it takes the sting out of it and it starts getting on peoples nerves. Also as time goes on, that gesture is associated with criminals and left wing politics so people do not want that infiltrating English football.

Like any of those neanderthals thought about any of that.

It's Millwall. It's pure racism

Millwall and QPR will now not kneel and instead link arms and display a banner.

Now that's much better to have a gesture with no political associations if they have to do one. I hope that Millwall fans do applaud that because that will confirm to the world that it was just the kneeling they objected to rather than them all being racists.

Quite so.

And disturbing that the clubs are being 'investigated' by the FA and the authorities. What's that about? No booing allowed? Das ist verboten?

How long do you think the kneeling should go on for?

Any gesture is pointless anyway, some players kneeling isn't going to stop old Barry from Billericay from lobbing a banana at Auba when he scores.

Strong bans for the individuals are the only way forward and eventually it will stop. When will people learn that cultural change doesn't happen over night, these things take generations of slight improvement to resolve. Majority of people aged 20+ aren't suddenly going to change their views that were formed throughout their childhood, we just have to make sure future education helps their kids do better.

Whenever people get the message that racism will not be tolerated.

Kids all around the world are asking why players are kneeling. Hopefully they are told the truth and those same kids don't be racist.

Why anyone has a problem with an action to fight racism I'll never know but it's ridiculous

I was right. It wasn't because they are all racists, it is because they are against the political kneeling gesture. You see how they cheered for the banner proves it.
