Their defence better. Our attack is better.

Midfield is dependent on how well torreira turns out.

Top 3 Spurs put downs:
1. I started watching the spurs game last night and fell asleep - Wenger
2. Lads, it’s tottenham - Fergie
3. The Harry Kane team - Pep

It has been a good laugh .... but not losing top players Fabregas, Nasri, Clichy, RvP, Song, Vermarlen, Adebayour (when good) Toure, Henry, Cole, Vieira just how much better would we have been ....

I think keeping your best players is going to become the 'big win' for a lot of sides ... taking a 100m punt every window is just crazy ....

:dontknow: :dontknow: But for fecks sake not a single player .... :rofll: :rofll: :rofll: :rofll: :rofll: :rofll:

Reckon our attack is the best in the league (I include Ozil in attack) .... our defense still looks poor, and our midfield just lacks superstar quality .... time for someone to step up ... Torreira could be the man but he will need time .....

The Sun reckon they have inside info that it won’t be ready til next year.

You have to feel sorry for their fans who bought season tickets and have to keep traveling to Wembley.

No really you do.

Alright then, you don’t. :rofll:

I work in development.

Red tape is phenomenal in this country. Things take ages to build but half of it is the amount of safety checks, testing and commissioning that goes into large scale projects.

From a cash flow perspective I'm over the moon with this news. Those c**** have to stump up more money to lease Wembley, lose more ticket revenue they probably accounted for at the start of the season and potentially throw more money to accelerate the build programme to offset these delays.

If its a more technical/design related problem that's even more expensive as you need to spend extra fees for redesigns.

Bringing in another consultant is even more time while they get to grips with what's done and quibble over the work that's already been done.

This is why there weren't any signings because they knew this was happening. Their transfer fund has probs been diverted to their f**k up budget.

Happy days.

Wouldn't be surprised if they sell Kane to Utd for £150m next summer and another good player disappears into the Mourinho meat grinder.

If Kroenke wants to win me over this is how:

Wait until a few hours before Kick off of the first match at the new WHL, and release a presser announcing the Grove is to be expanded to 75,000

I guess it explains further why they didn't spend any money in the transfer window.

He had a phone call yesterday ( he is an electrician ) saying spurs are paying 360 per day to get the work done
