Overmars is tipped to get a role at Arsenal.

Can't swap a player that won't be on our books come July.

Would take him back tbh, given the toss we have now and Ramsey leaving makes it possible

Send Mikhytaryan the other way and it's a deal.

This guy single handedly did more damage to Utd than any of our teams in the Emirates era. Destroyed their wage structure, leading to the Pogba-De Gea salary drama amid Ole's sinking ship. Helped get Mourinho sacked again right on the 2.5 year mark .

100% Gooner legend.

We miss peak Alexis. He has a strong case for being our most influential player in the Emirates era.

Most influential and top 3 Emirates player.

No player in Arsenal history has made as big an impact in such a short period of time.

he was always a mercenary, but i don't think he realised this was his footballing home. I love our two strikers now but neither was a good as Alexis.

It's clear at United his team mates hate him and he needs a fresh start. Hes most likely still got it.

With Ramsey leaving we need a source of goals. Iwobi isn't going to be that guy for us. I'd bin Mikhytaryan and bring Alexis back for an 18-month contract.

Probably would never happen because he's got 3 more years and 60 million GBP in wages left at Utd.

Perfect example of how money traps a player. He needs to leave to have a clean slate and enjoy some decent form as his career winds down, but his wages make that impossible and even though he's a multimillionaire, he wont accept a pay cut

He doesn't have to ... Utd are stuck paying another 60m on a player they don't want, much as it hurts they can loan him out for 10m a season and cut their costs in half ... somebody picks up Sanchez on 225k a week, Utd pay the other 225k and Sanchez is laughing ... won't be an EPL club though, my guess is he will go to a CL club in Italy or Spain.

Of course he won't.

He comes from a dirt poor town at the arse end of Chile. Money means everything.
