Missed training today and misses the match tomorrow. Either got an injury in the 5 mins he played at the weekend or throwing another sanchez strop.

Never has the term, 'what a waste of money' been more appropriate.

From his pov, going to ManU made no sense at all. Well, wages apart.

I know if we'd sold him in the summer of 2017, the backlash would have been insane, but the club should have moved him on at the time. Hindsight 20/20 of course.

It did work out well for us at the end.

Didn't work out that well at all, could have marked city for 60m in 2017 and got mahrez as city would probably have lost interest or someone else top notch instead of mkhy.

Hindsight is a grest thing though, sure we learnt our lesson now and will not out ourselves in that situation where we have a difficult dilemma.

We would’ve bought Lemar for £90m had we sold

Dear God I remember that, that was purely a panic situation, after the Liverpool game they got shook over Sanchez level of commitment.

If they had of made a strategic decision at the start of the summer to sell Sanchez they would have got Lemar for 50m.

Remember things like that and the Suarez situation gazidis must have been f***ing awful, thank f**k his gone

I still think gazidis story about ozil shows how clueless he was. We were basically waiting all summer to see which player real were willing to sell us.

We wanted Ozil all summer but were told that he wasn't available. Then, suddenly Ozil asked to move, so Real contacted Gazidiz because Arsenal had shown interest. PSG and ManU joined in too but Ozil wanted to play for Wenger/Arsenal.

The only alarming part in all of this for me is the fact that Wenger was fine not signing anyone in the summer of 2013 after Real had rejected our initial approach.

He is like Tevez but worse version of him.

good luck to him in either China or Qatar. He can have all the time there to play with his dogs.
