Ugh.

Conte is an eccentric, a quintessential maverick. He's actually someone who wouldn't shy away from taking such risks tbh.

Man's a master of rebuilding sides too. If Levy swallows his ego and gives Conte the keys... Kane might end up staying too.

Would be a disaster for us.

Spurs ditched Potch after he got them into a CL final, why would he even consider going back there? I know, lots of money, but how much does one person need, has he no pride?

It seems a very odd move by both tottenham and him.

There were certain things he was unhappy with. Nothing has changed in that regard. It may be even worse as they'll have no Kane.

And Levy sacked him because they had a drop in form - due in no small part to Pochettino's complaining having caused a poor atmosphere. He 'Mourinho'd' himself out of the job.

Yeah, Poch back to Spurs makes no sense to me. Unless maybe PSG are sacking him...??

I'd still love Poch to manage us, I think he is a perfect manager to overperform with a 4th-10th best squad in any league...he just won't get over the line with a top team to win the title or CL.

Will be a good move for Spurs if they can tempt him back tbh but i'd be happier if they got Poch than Conte, the latter could seriously make them winners.

Poch has managed Espanyol, Southampton and Spurs in the last 10 years. 1 trophy, only w/ Espanyol I think.

He has no business at PSG; they are not a scrappy young team trying to make Top 4. They need a Real Madrid type manager who's used to dealing with galacticos.

Capello, del Bosque, Heynckes, and Zidane might have something to say about that.

Laurent Blanc has won 10 major trophies. That doesn't mean he's a great manager. There are only so many trophies you can win. Especially if you've spent 9 out of your 10 years managing Espanyol, Southampton, and Spurs.

Accto reports, Poch is the one who wants to leave PSG, while PSG want to keep him.

He's a Marseille lad. Although it depends on the person, him going to PSG would be odd.

I think he will wait for Deschamps to step down. If he doesn't, who knows? The ManU job might enamor him. Or, Arsenal could hire him.

It's worked with a certain French manager before. :cold2:
