When did it last happen?

2008. I know, i know. But Conte has got them going. They have made some good signings this summer and their squad is bloody decent. All us Arsenal fans have left is the great Spurs trophy drought, if they win silverware we will never hear the end of it.

They have eight FA cups in their entire history

We've won four since 2014 while being shit.

2008 you say.... The Mickey Mouse vase....ok

You have to go back to John Major as PM for their last FA cup.

If you go back to their last League Title you will find yourself literally closer to the reign of Queen Victoria than the present day

So probably stop worrying about Spurs.

No chance.

Kane just doesn't strike me as the type of Brit to move abroad unless it's to the States later in his career.

It's not easy to bed in 5 new players in the starting XI.

Emery got the sack because too many first XI players' deals expired and he couldn't get Ceballos, Pepe, Tierney and Luiz working together quickly enough. Tierney and Luiz were deadline day signings.

It's been a great window from Spurs' POV because they're done with their business and have a full pre-season to acclimate.

I think they will win a trophy this year. Certainly dark horses for the CL. Should they win that before us we need to burn Arsenal FC to the ground and lynch all the owners and directors.

Not prem, no way.

Cup, yeah, unfortunately.

Better manager and added to their attack unlike us, we're in trouble with them now, like last year but worse.

So far in the window we've not improved at all.

Vieira, is he better than Odegaard? doubtful.

Jesus, he's replaced Laca and Auba, he's not going to be more prolific than Auba on form, however this is a good signing.

My issue is I'm not seeing a step up anywhere across the board for us.

Harry Kane currently has a special exhibition on all about himself at the Museum of London

A special exhibition.

At the actual Museum of London.

Alongside the story of the greatest city in the world, you can now see a whole room full of football shirts, pictures, video clips, and memorabilia.

But no trophies

And no medals

Because he's won none of those.

None.

Son to undergo surgery after suffering a fracture around his eye.

Spurs haven't communicated an official timetable for his return, but a fractured eye socket usually means the player will be out of action for at least 1 month.

I created this thread 12 years ago to mock their "golden era" and ascendency to the Champions League as their fans gloated non stop and spoke of a North London power shift.

They still do, actually.

Since then we have won four FA cups.

And they've won nothing. Because winning nothing is what they do.

Still scares me they are in the Cl, imagine them winning it before us, they got to a final, far to close for comfort

Even in a thread that demonstrates beyond doubt that they are incapable of winning trophies, some still "fear" them. I guess some people really can't smell their trophy repellent

Not worried about Spurs winning CL. This is possibly Conte's last season there anyway. Juve are strongly hinting that the role will be available next summer. If he goes, Kane goes (to Bayern).
