I know, just kidding. Hope all is well in your part of town mate, your stat skills have been sorely missed, there have been a few lively debates that needed your particular skill set...

sorry mate, sense of humour bypass. i know you spoke in jest
just gutted to see the town i love purged for cheap thrills

Well the London + UK riots thread has been up top since Saturday. Feel the same here, im hoping that tonight its dead on the streets and so far, it seems that the feral element of London have retreated back into their holes. I would really love it if the perpatrators who will be caught/identifed are properly exposed in the newspapers/TV for the spinless shits they are.

no mate my cab is in a lock up in hackney having its overhaul hence the arrival of a bit of free time.
had no computer for a while and am all the better for it.
i bet the doomers and gloomers have been out in force.
our end of season display was a disgrace and when i hear bollocks about our season ended at wembley after the carling cup defeat it drives me mad.we were in 3 competitions.... it should have been something to inspire not an excuse to give up
our end emptying out at wembley was a f***ing embarassment as well and our support at that final was shocking.
we,l support you ever more means what it says on the tin.
the players only rent the shirts
we own them for life
its our job to show how much the arsenal mean

it was never intended to prove who are the biggest.the intention was to show that because a team fall out of the champs league they don,t stop being a big club.
i think of man city as a big club in spite of the new money rather than because of it.
it will be a pretty good marker if done every year taking away the oldest season and adding the newest.bradford were 42nd on 62 pts with only notts co,barnsley, oxford and swindon/burnley below them of teams that have been in the top flight. i don,t think southampton are a bigger club than city but 1 that punched above its weight while city were underachieving

so thats what i have done
1 man utd 1810 pts
2 arsenal 1670pts
3 liverpool 1576
4 chelsea 1480
5 aston villa 1262
6 spurs 1238
7 everton 1205
8 newcastle 996
9 blackburn 939
10 man city 875
11 west ham 840
12 leeds 838
13 southampton 784
14 middlesbro 672
15 wimbledon [now mk dons] 606
16 coventry 601
17 sheff weds 552
18 bolton 529
19 notts forest 470
20 fulham 459
you will be pleased to note yorkie that man city have moved up 3 places and replaced southampton, leeds and west ham by virtue of the fact that you only gained top flight points becuase in season 87/88 you were not playing top flight football so had no points to lose. aston villa leapfrogged spurs and everton for the same reason

following on from the argument taking place in arsenal talk here is my table.
if city progress at the rate they are going they will march up it.
they are a better team than liverpool right now.they are top of the table but over a significant period of time they still have a way to go.
i recognise the presence of wimbledon/mkdons is an anomally

15 bolton 565

First Arsenal player to play younger than me I 'think' was Aaron Ramsey, as a first team player.

You have Lansbury in the Carling Cup if that counts.

Both are bigger than Man City

For once in your life, why don't you get off my back and just try to talk about this subject instead of complete repetative bullshit.

Lol Yorky used to hate me
