Would've preferred to be 4 points clear

Yup, hopefully Haaland can’t keep this up the whole season.

I really thought West Ham were down as they have been awful, but they made Newcastle look worse today. They are not the team that battered us over 2 legs in the Carabao last season, yet they've only lost Isak unless I'm wrong? The relegation places will be very interesting this year aside from what we do.
Good old Arsenal, we're proud to say that name

Sunderland 1-1 Everton

Our next opponents are a mixed bag. On the one hand, they have Traore and Sidike (sp?) who are pacy wingers who hurt Everton but then we have better full backs. Xhaka was man of the match but was allowed to spray balls around like a Swiss Pirlo.

Their fans drag them up like the Dippers, but the players also have a potential lack of discipline. If we start fast and keep up the tempo, we should be fine. While I want Saka and (probably) Trossard to stay fine, if they run at their players consistently, a yellow won't be far away and then it's game on.

Amorim manager of the month for October.

Did anyone else deserve it? Like I don't know a manager who won 6 out of 6 without conceding a goal

I think NES will get West Ham well clear of relegation, they are beginning to get a bit of shape to them, NES will get them better organised for sure.

The shifting of expectations LOL. Winning 3 on the bounce as a minnow is better than winning 3 on the bounce without conceding a goal as a title favourite :arse fan:

The relief and gratitude of the premier league powers that be, that their perpetual golden boys aren’t a worldwide laughing stock anymore. (For now)

It was damaging their brand. Amorim is a hero to them
