For those who can't see embeds, Fabrizio Romano (S tier source) tweeted:
Chelsea are advancing in talks to appoint Enzo Maresca as new head coach.

Positive talks over the weekend, he’s 100% keen and excited by #CFC project.

No issues on Maresca’s contract already being discussed — talks to follow with Leicester City over €10m compensation fee.

Haven't watched a minute of Leicester, but apparently he was Pep's assistant before the Leicester job. They desperately want their own Arteta.

Not a chequebook manager

Not a no-experience hire

Topped his league table

Will the similarities never end?

I expected him to have more sense for that but the club have leaked how upset they were with him campaigning for the job.

If he doesn't want to be here f**k him, you'd have thought he would have looked at what they did with Potter and why Poch left

Mauricio Pochettino has spoken publicly for the first time since his shock departure from Chelsea.

Having only been in charge for a year, the ex-Tottenham boss parted ways with the Blues last month following a series of behind-the-scenes disagreements. That was despite Chelsea enjoying a strong end to the Premier League season, finishing sixth and qualifying for Europe via the Conference League.

The Blues board have already replaced him by appointing Leicester manager Enzo Maresca on a five-year contract.
They don't mess about at Chelski lol

I don't think Chelsea's chicanery will become commonplace. Under no circumstances will a business want to cannibalise its own assets simply to comply with financial regulations. It is an act of desperation; Chelsea's hands have been forced by the horrific mismanagement of Boehly and co. No other club is in a similarly perilous position as Chelsea are, so I doubt anyone will follow their lead.

All these managers think THEY are different than the ones before them.
