It's defensive. I can understand that away to Chelsea.
It's nothing to do with the tactics, though, really.
The team is just working very hard. I wonder will they wear out in the last 20?

Keane was left floundering actually with the simple observation by Carragher that Ronaldo has taken them from a second placed team to way down the league.

I can see both sides of that argument.

But United are not lagging behind because of Ronaldo. They're lagging behind because they have a central midfield pairing of Fred & McTominay, and whole list of other 2nd rate players.

If they had a good side AND Ronaldo playing up front they WOULD be challengers. But they haven't, so they have this odd situation of the best striker in the world playing in front of a bunch of slackers and nobodies.
