I think so.
Which was part of my gripe about bringing VAR in. Video replay isn't always conclusive. Many times there are still questions and uncertainty, because even though it's on video and we can replay it in slow motion 1000 times, it still doesn't always capture everything, or doesn't get the angle right, or just not close enough to able to see what needs to be seen.

its supposed to correct obvious clear errors.....
if you cant call eddies a red after 3 minutes? its not. call on field stands.
especially in a game where youor defender took studs to face.
not nit pick to see if the guys toenail was offside....
i dont see this much in liga or bundesliga or serie a.....

It's to standardize it.
Wenger will supervise this and I'm loving it! The refs would have to deal with Wenger again.
Only England seems to be having issues implementing VAR. The incompetence of officiating in a league as widely watched as the Premier League is alarmingly bad.
While I can understand the pundits' agenda against Arsenal because Wenger came in and pretty much changed the game here, but the way these referees have tried to screw us over is fishy to say the least.
