Nope, I really don't think they'll take him after the last time. He split opinion then with his dead football even if it was somewhat successful. I'm really not sure where he can go to apart from Italy where they embrace his style of play.

Dead football at Real? lol what

That title winning Real side with over 100 points and 100 goals is the best title winning side of all time in La Liga

He broke the curse of the last 16 which they had been getting knocked of in the CL for years and paved the way for the success they had under Ancelotti and Zidane

Perez would take him back for sure

No Casillas or Ronaldo so no big egos to deal with bar Ramos who is the consummate professional and will do whats best for the club

Hes coming home.

Saying that, Inter have been linked. Maybe Milan as well if Gattuso continues to flop. PSG get knocked out of the CL early this season then Tuchel is gone so maybe there?

100pts and 100 goals doesn't speak to the fact that the actual football was turgid and downright cowardly against anyone that could put up any sort of resistance against them.

There was a big portion of Madrid fans that hated his style of play and he was heavily criticised for its destinct lack of technicality over there.

Hoof ball just doesn't wash in Spain.

Of course given how terrible they have been since Ronaldo left, they may be desperate enough, however I really don't think they'll go that direction.

Him and juve would be a good fit because theyre well above anyone else in the league and have the most money so they can dominate relatively easily. Plus they have CL football constantly and aren't adverse to bus parking against any vaguely threatening team.

Only problem is that serie A doesn't hold the same global respect his ego feeds off so he might well not be up for it on a prestige basis alone.

On the other hand, he's burnt most of his other go to mega rich bridges so his options are limited.

Since the drubbing at Anfield, the Utd glory hunters have been filling up the thread on Saudi takeover rumours, begging for their money.

Like that would have stopped Mourinho from starting Fellaini and benching Pogba.

If they had sacked him yesterday, it would have been exactly 3 years since his sacking at Chelsea.

Thinking about how mediocre they have become gives me a warm glow, like a big snuggly blanket

And they're in a mountain of debt as well

If the plastics abandon them they're utterly screwed

Moyes to Man Utd til the end of the season?

He still would have had 6 months to go in his original contract with mancs.

His Pogba project failed. You can't take an old school approach so much with today's players cause they're all prima donnas now days. You have to be a players coach, with only a slight dusting of old school mentality to keep them in check. The players have the power now days and if they don't perform then the manager takes the blame and gets the sack, not the players. Both him and Wenger haven't changed with the times, which is part of the reason why they haven't been as successful as in the past imo.

They've got a few ex managers who owe them work due to being paid off early

In fact Wenger is still being paid by us

Free loan to Utd as a gesture of friendship?

It's only fair after all the favours they have done us in the past. I mean Silvestre alone is worth AW surely?
