Surely if you take a shot and an arm stops the ball from going on target or into a dangerous position in that fashion it is a penalty whether it is meant or not.

Interestingly, Ozil's goal was ruled out for handball against Bayern, and if you went by the same rule, it was unintentional as well

Huddersfield top after the first weekend? What a world we live in.

Also looooooool @ Chelsea. A depleted Chelsea facing an uninspired Tottenham next weekend at Wembley is going to be juicy.
