If we play like this against Villareal we have a very good chance of progressing

well i think that if we can play as well as this without rvp, nasri, eduardo and diaby, we have actually got a good chance of snatching second if i'm not being too optimistic

I can name 10 players who didn't look interested when we were sitting outside the top 4 with what looked like no hope of catching Villa but none of them get a mention...

The funny thing also is that it was only yesterday people were talking about how Fabregas should be sold if the right money comes along, yet he produces a masterclass in passing and has 2 assists on his first game back despite bieng out since before Crimbo...

I think this game has shown just how much we have missed Ade and Fab and i hope it goes a little ways to getting the fans back on their side...

Unbelievable that people were talking about Cesc being sold for the right money. I would not sell him for all the money in the damn world. Kid is a legend. Its also nice to have Ade back. Good to see a real tall presence in the box again...

We have completely and utterly outclassed city today which is great to see considering they did the same to us at their gaffe.

An excellent win. It's always tough coming back after internationals. Fabregas looks good and hopefully Adebayor can regain his goalscoring form now.
There's David O'Leary and big Willie Young, sending Rixy and Stapleton off on a run

I think it really showed today how much we missed Ade and Cesc. Also Theo is brilliant up the wing. So damn fast!
