How f***ing cool was Sammy Nasri taking his pen last night? There was never any doubts about that one. Confident little f***er!

And I knew Eduardo was gonna miss and my mate almost punched me cos I said it as he was spotting up

I was surprised by Sagna as well, cool as a cucumber.

i must say the team showed alot of character in the shoot out, your talking about alot of young players in a very volatile situation taking some excellent penalties.

What a looooonnng night of suspense... :frogwink:

Let's be honest: at the Emirates we should have killed the game, but we had missed tons of occasions, and last night,it was Roma which deserve to get through, not us!!

But in a Cup competition, the most important is to reach the next stage, whatever the way you did it!! :P

So big thanks to Baptista (for missing great opportunities to score),Vucinic (for have shoot his penalty like a jerk),and to Tonetto for to have get a "rugby" kick far away in the sky!! :hail:

We are in the last 8,and now let's see which team we're gonna draw: Che£$ki,Manure or the Reds ?? :smartass: :disgust:

Sagna's technique was excellent. Alan Smith said on commentary that he did it like he took penalties every day of the week. Doni was so far off his line on Toure's kick that it was untrue. I think there'd have been a case for a retake if it had been missed. Denilson's kick was excellent just because of all the stick he gets. Nasri was ice cool. I'd love to be able to take a penalty like that under pressure.
There's David O'Leary and big Willie Young, sending Rixy and Stapleton off on a run

We were lucky last night... It was unfortunate that we conceded in 9mins as we played so well after the goal! As for Bendtner... I don't feel he should of had any part in last nights game... alright, yeah he may have scored a few and Wenger has been behind him, but I felt Dudu should have started to gain Champion League Fitness as it's been a while since he played in it.

I felt we had a chance if we had Dudu & Walcott on in the beginning, We could have pulled a goal back and been in charge like we should have instead of going the FULL 120mins Even though we showed Character in the Penalties and came out the winners... Hope we get Barca or Porto as we'll be ready for both of them.
