OK, I missed the match cos I've been at work. Just got home and checked the result. When I saw that Eduardo had scored two goals I have to admit I welled up a bit. Brilliant, brilliant news. What a comeback. What a strong guy to come back from all that and just bang two in like nothing happened.

Cheers to Gary Lewin once again for doing a career-saving job at Birmingham.

Just opened up Arsenal.com to see the a picture of the great Eduardo rifling the ball forward above the score of 4 nil to the Gunners.
I know i am late to find out but it put a large smile on my face and made my heart feel very happy again.
Welcome back Eduardo. Good to see you old chum.

Vela to Edu...... :cloud9: :hail:

Great stuff to watch, very encouraging. Even Bischoff (who I know little about) showed he has some good feet - made a few nice passes.

A game like this must have Cesc, Arshavin, Walcott, and Rosicky chomping at the bit to get in. Should be a nice problem to have trying to guess the lineup come April

For those who have ATVO there's already an interview on there with Eduardo:

http://www.arsenal.com/news/news-archiv ... st-cardiff

It's the first one that I've ever seen him speak English in.

How great was it to see Eduardo back and scoring goals? That was what we'd all been waiting for and when he got carried off at Birmingham, I'm sure a lot of us feared the worse for his career. So seeing Eduardo in action was brilliant. The so-called romance of the FA Cup is where you find it and Eduardo's return was a nice story. If Arshavin can get up to speed and create chances for Eduardo (our most natural finisher) and Van Persie, I think we could have a decent few months.
There's David O'Leary and big Willie Young, sending Rixy and Stapleton off on a run

We're looking very dangerous up front now, especially if Arsh is on form when he starts playing. All might not be lost for the fourth spot and maybe a decent run in the CL

I'm thinking the same in a way, however, I want to see how we play in the league first before I start getting too excited ;)

Yes, let's not get ahead of ourselves.

RVP is on fire, and another superb finish tonight underlined that.

Vela looked phenomenal on the wing, play him there more I say.

Nasri was immense tonight and showed he can shoot from distance.

Eduardo is BACK, good God is he ever back! :hail:

Bendtner is improving, and I don't care what anyone says about a sitter, he didn't have much time to react to it, and took his goal brilliantly.

Arshavin is an unknown quantity as yet, but in my opinion is going to shine.

Theo and Cesc back soon.

It's looking good, but I will reserve my celebrations for now ;)

I wonder how much we'll get for the not-so-great Dane in the summer

Maybe we can trick some poor team in paying around the 5 mil mark for him? Then again Man City payed 14 mil for Bellamy so maybe we can get more for Bendtner? Or would he need to fight his teammates more?
