Hopefully this will have done his confidence the world of good!

Just a side note, I think someone mentioned it earlier, but what the hell is going on with Clichy?

Clichy is having a poor season by his high standards and sadly when he does make a mistake it always costs us because of his position on the pitch.

I thought 'here we go again' 2-1 to Hull.

I'm not too bothered about Clichy missing the Cardiff game, I think he might've been rested anyway....

As for Nasri, well, he's scored some crucial goals hasn't he, fine finish it was too with his weaker foot..

Great essential win. RVP was man of the match.

This from the BBC Sport website :

The Gunners grabbed all three points with Samir Nasri coolly slotting in Van Persie's pass and David Bendtner poking in from close range at the end.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. What a bunch of brainless, incompetent twats  :rofll:

Twas me!

Maybe not playing the next game might do him good. I don't know, he just seems so frustrated and the challenges he is doing is just daft for someone of his talent. His crosses and passing have been poor and his head just doesn't seem in it.

A bit of a break might do him good.

:rofll: They've corrected it now.

Good job they're not journalists for a national media source isn't it?

Good interview by Wenger :D

Must admit, was waiting for him to say he didn't see the foul for the Penalty shout, lol. But he said he saw it and thought it would of been harsh if given as he was going for the ball.

Good stuff to hear from him on the league and players etc too :)

Hmm it was a good result now i have calmed down.

But what kind of implications does this put on transfers? We still desperately need reinforcements, if RVP had not played today, we may not have won, he provided all 3 assists.

I hope AW doesn't abandon transfers just because of this win today...

I seriously doubt it if he will, we were shocking in midfield today.
