I'm far from an expert, but try using a different browser like Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer for it. They're all free to download. It might be an anti-virus program/firewall which isn't allowing it you could try fiddling about with those settings.

The only stream I can find that "works" is basically like watching a number of still pictures giving you the gist of what is happening.

they will give you streams and tell if you need a pleyer of not. It also gives a beginers guide. 6 months ago I hadn't a clue but now haven't any issues with adblocker, anti virus etc
