Take the Piccadilly Line to Holloway Road. Get off, exit the station, cross the main road to Hornsey Road. Walk up Hornsey Rd and you're at the stadium.

Welcome by the way

Isn't the Arsenal station closer though? If I remember correct, its just a few minutes walk or so from there

Arsenal Station was right by Highbury Stadium. You can get there from Arsenal but it's quicker from Holloway Rd, I think.

Then again, it may depend on which part of the stadium you're seated.

I think youre right, Holloway road's closer to where the Armoury is, whilst Arsenal station's closer to where the museum is.

Get on the Victoria Line and go 1 stop to Highbury & Islington.
It's about a 10 minute walk up Holloway Rd to the ground but it's not nealy as manic as the Arsenal or Holloway Rd (which will be closed at some point before and after the game) tube stations.
You'll also pass more pubs going this way. :1970_two_smileys_drinking_beer_together.gif:
(Plymouth fans will be drinking in the Lord Nelson and the Drayton Arms)

Further to the other replies, take a short hop over to KX (it's a minutes walk tops) and get a Piccadilly Line (dark blue) Eastbound train to Arsenal Tube. Walk out of the station, and right in front of you, slightly to the left is the old Highbury North Bank. You will see what remains of the old place. Turn right, and head to the end of the road, look left and you won't be able to miss Ashburton Grove!

You will actually pass the ground, well both of them, on the train on the way in. Again, you can't miss them. If you face the front of the train, they will be on your left, and the trains usually run slowly enough to be able to get some decent pictures.

Arsenal Tube is only three stops down the line and comes under Zone 2, so depending on what time you are planning to arrive and planning to depart, a daycard including zone 2 is more than enough to see the sights as well. (Don't let them fob you off with an Oyster Card, for the occasional visitor they are an utter pain in the arse!)

How strong a team do people think we'll field?
I reckon Fabianski will play instead of Almunia but apart from that i think it'll be a proper first team line up.

The FA Cup is the only competition we've got a realistic chance of winning. So Wenger had better put out a strong team.
There's David O'Leary and big Willie Young, sending Rixy and Stapleton off on a run
