We can sneak an away goal. Hopefully utd will play crap like 1st half spurs. Only problem is if we score first they'll respond and respond well

As soon as cap and GES get online they'll put an end to any optimistic feeling you have.

I sometimes wonder how cap survives thru gamedays. You could probably start a realty show watching him hours before, during, and after each match.

Lol you probably have to keep him away from sharp objects. I have never seen someone get so utterly dejected if we go a goal down or one player is having a bad game.

I reckon it'll be:
Almunia
Sagna Djourrou Toure Gibbs
Denilson Song
Walcott Fabregas Nasri
Adebayor

Not sure about Gibbs though...

If Gibbs don't play, I hope that either Eboue or Sagna plays LB, something about Silvestre against Clownaldo scares the living f**k out of me!!!!

Sylvestre is too slow so if he has to play LB lady boy will tear him to shreds.

I'm sure he can handle him, he played him daily on the training ground, the problem is he doesn't have gibbs legs, but then again I'm worried defensively about gibbs against ronaldo :)

i dont see walcott starting, not sure why. i reacok he'l start with eboue out on the right him self and sagna can completely shut down that side of the field, bringing walcott on after an hour

Arsenal.com wrote:On the morning of the match, Wenger was set to run the rule over Mikael Silvestre (back) and Kieran Gibbs (ankle). If the Englishman is out then the Frenchman could cover him at left back and Johan Djourou could slot in at centre back. If both fail to make it, expect Bacary Sagna to move to the left and Emmanuel Eboue to fill the hole on the right.

However you see it, William Gallas (knee) and Gael Clichy (back) are big misses defensively for Arsenal. Although Andrey Arshavin (ineligible) and Robin van Persie (groin) are out, Wenger does have most of his attacking options available. All the more reason to try to kill the tie in the first leg
