It's been going for 3 days... you'd think people would have at least checked the scores?

Same here. Fun to wind up those that aren't though.

Of course. I have. But as one of the only people to talk about cricket on here, I haven't had chance to post due to work (probably made 5-6 posts in the last month).

Hard to comment on things when you haven't really seen it.

From what I have read though we have been poor all around though. Almost feels like they think they are invincible and just need to turn up. I think it started in the summer and it's still carrying on. Hopefully this defeat will give us a kick up the arse.

Mostly referring to RG. He's been ever so quiet lately, despite posting in other threads.

Also, lol, Cook first ball.

Well this sums up England:

That is a Jaffer.
I'm sure there's clips of the 50 dropped catches around aswell.

It's the first time in the history of Test Cricket a side has set another 500 to win three times in a row.

+1

Pure arrogance.

My favourite line from the text commentary:

Australia went all-out attack this morning, plundering an amazing 134 runs from 17 overs, including a world record-equalling 28 off one James Anderson over

f***ing 28. Lol.

If you want to know the score and are English i suggest you don't.

We sort of won the ashes off you.

Have to let the convicts have a go at holding it sometime. But don't worry, we always hold the REAL Ashes Urn. Though the money they waste on beer (champagne too sophisticated) could always have a better use of repairing that poor quality pitch of theirs.

Best pitch in the land. The 35 heat didn't help one bit. Mind you the cracks did nothing in terms of wickets.
If you think that's bad cracking well Greg Blewett would like a word:

I'm not concerned, it is a minor blip on a simple retention.

So how's that simple retention going?
