Morgan has been called up.

Some Aussie player was is also out and Hussey was called up.

Surely its ridiculous to call up people whilst the tournament is under way? Whats the point in naming a squad then?

Big blow to England, I think. He is a quality player.

It is a bit of a blow, he can hit enormous runs on his day.

Doug Bollinger out.

Cricket has always had small squads, but allowed replacements where needed. The small squad is to limit the options on the day of the match itself - ie you can't go into a match and randomly decide to pick any 11 people you want out of the country.

It's not the blow it would have been 5 years ago. His ODI form has dropped off. And having Morgan back is a huge boon. We've badly missed his nous in the middle order.

Shunt Bell up to open for me.

Now they are saying Stuart Broad will be out for a while, didn't quite catch the news article though, so don't know the details.

Side strain, out of the tournament. That IS a big blow.

Ross Taylor is an immense hitter when he is on form, joy to behold.

Looking at some of the strange things during the NZ vs PAK game I wouldn't be suprised if the ICC are having a look at it.
No keeper should miss those.
